Steam works alongside the heat, so nothing dries out before it comes out
The classic problem with roasting is that the outside is ready while the inside has gone dry, and a large joint that needs a long time is where it shows. MEX built-in ovens use Steam Base technology, which uses steam to assist the bake so food comes out more succulent. It is fitted to every model in this category, not just the top of the range.

A programme for the meal you planned: a whole chicken, a rack of ribs
A special meal like roast chicken or pork ribs is the hard case, because it has to cook through without the meat losing its juices. MEX built-in ovens include a 3D Cooking programme for exactly that: it makes cooking easier and holds the texture and the succulence of the food. It is part of the programme set on every model in this category.
All four models in this category have it: the VRM9752B, VRM9752X, VRM9652B1 and VRM9651B. The total number of programmes differs, though: the VRM9752B and VRM9752X have ten, the VRM9652B1 and VRM9651B have nine.
The inner pane keeps the heat in the oven instead of letting it out at the door
The door is full-size double toughened glass. The outer pane is high-quality black glass; the inner one is a full-size Low-e Glass pane that reduces heat loss and saves energy, and it comes out for easy cleaning. It works with the Ventilated Cool Door system, which keeps the front of the door cooler. Every model here carries a Class A energy rating.

MEX built-in ovens have a steam-assisted oven cleaning system, Steam Cleaning. It works with an enamel-coated interior that is easy to clean and an inner glass pane that lifts out for washing.

Made in Europe, every model here, not only the flagship
Plenty of brands put "made in Europe" on one flagship and leave the rest of the range unmarked. MEX built-in ovens are not split that way: every model in this category is made in Europe, from the entry model up. Every one also carries a Class A energy rating, the standard 60 cm width and five shelf positions.
All four models in this category have it: the VRM9752B, VRM9752X, VRM9652B1 and VRM9651B. What differs is capacity and programmes: the VRM9752B and VRM9752X are 75 litres, ten programmes, up to 270 °C, with a Soft Close door; the VRM9652B1 and VRM9651B are 65 litres, nine programmes, up to 260 °C.
