Safer with Food-Grade Stainless Steel 304

and a 100% BPA-Free Filter

The heating plate and the underside of the lid are made from food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is hygienic and safe for food contact. It is strong, highly resistant to corrosion and rust, and does not absorb odors or flavors, so it lasts for years and is easy to clean.

The spout filter on the MEX KATE is made from 100% BPA-free plastic, which contains no Bisphenol A*, for extra peace of mind every time you drink boiled water.

(*Bisphenol A is a chemical used to make plastics clear and strong, but it can disrupt the body’s cells.)
